We start the day in the port of the shellfish town of Carril, known for its clam cultivation parks, where it develops the cultivation and breeding of clam and cockles.
Already with our guides on the dock, we will take the boat for the transfer to the island, a semi-rigid boat of 7.5 meters, making the transfers in groups of 15 people.
After arriving by boat from the village of Carril, we will make an interpretive route through the indoor trails of the island, visiting the biggest forest of laurels in southern Europe and, with the guide, we will know the past and the present of its history, the origins of the village, its subsequent donation to King Alfonso XIII and its current recovery for public domain as part of the Parque Nacional Illas Atlánticas, in addition to its fauna and flora
After a walk of about two and a half hours by the conditioned trails of the island, we return to earth, commented on everything experienced on the island and feeling the sea breeze on our skin, while our patron takes us back to the port of Carril.
